It’s a fact that Americans are living longer than ever before.

It’s also a fact that the number of healthy years we’re living is growing shorter and shorter!

Maybe you're like me - you've spent a big part of your adult life taking care of others, climbing the corporate ladder, raising a family, and putting your own health on the back burner.

My wake up call came in the form of NOT 1 - BUT 2 significant health scares.

That very scary time in my life finally led me to the realization that my body would not continue to operate endlessly on too little sleep, low quality nutrition and mounting stress.

Through my own health journey I uncovered a deep desire to help other women transition into their mid to later years as healthy as they possibly can by taking better care of themselves and to stop sacrificing so much of their long-term health.

The barrier I kept coming up against while trying to reclaim my health, was wellness program after wellness program lacking in the support, accountability and mindset transformation I required to make my changes stick.

I knew there had to be a better way. . .

I developed a wholistic and holistic approach to support mature women's health with my 4 Pillars of Wellness framework.

First I meet you where you're at and assess your needs and goals, and that looks different for everyone. The assessment looks at the 4 pillars - nutrition, movement, stress management and sleep.

Then, I pair the wholistic pillars with holistic - as in naturally-based - solutions, and because "one-size fits all" programs DO NOT WORK, I support you with individualized coaching to guide you step-by-step to the goals you want to achieve.

A text-based wellness coaching service which allows you to present wellness-related questions for advice, education, support and accountability from wherever and whenever the need arises.

This service is offered on an ad hoc (monthly) basis and I will make every effort to respond to all messages in a timely manner between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m EST.

It's just like having your own personal coach in, well, your back pocket!

Wellness for life

1-on-1 coaching

A high touch, personalised program for those who are truly ready to make lasting, lifelong changes toward better health and overall wellness.

You will be provided the personal support and accountability needed to make permanent changes which will radically improve your health and happiness.

This program is where dramatic and sustainable lifestyle changes will take place with personal attention to your unique goals and challenges.

This is available as a six-month or twelve-month program.

Feel like running away from it all?

While running away may not be practical, you can take a morning for a mini-getaway to practice some self-care.

Throughout the year, I offer half day or weekend, in-person retreats for women who need a break from the day to day.

This is a chance to focus on yourself and focus on the 4 Pillars of Wellness - nutrition, movement/exercise, stress management and sleep.
