While running away may not be practical, you can take a morning or a weekend for a mini-getaway to practice some self-care.
Throughout the year, I host half-day and weekend, in-person retreats for women who need a break from the day to day. This is a chance to focus on themselves for a couple hours.
During the event, we cover the 4 Pillars of Wellness - nutrition, movement/exercise, stress management and sleep.
When you start to feel worn out, run down, and stressed to the max it's time to create space for YOU!
Scheduling time for yourself may feel a little rebellious - but, let me tell you why it's NOT.
This time will allow you to relax your body and your mind, as well as recharge your batteries. You'll come away feeling renewed and armed with some new stress management techniques & tools you can add to your toolbox.
All of this will make you a more vibrant, content, productive version of YOU!
The half-day events include a catered lunch! Wear comfy clothes and bring a yoga mat, journal/notebook and pen.
Weekend retreats include Friday evening snacks, 3 meals on Saturday and breakfast Sunday morning! There will be morning yoga sessions, craft time with a take home projects and plenty of time for socializing and connecting, hiking, or just relaxing with a good book or a cozy afternoon nap.
