What if I don't like some of the food on the shopping list?

No worries; there's no shopping list. This isn't a diet program and it doesn't require eating specific foods. This program will help you be more mindful about what and when you eat; and, you'll walk away making more conscientious choices in what you eat each day.

I'm so busy right now and not sure I have time for this. How much time will I need to devote?

The goal of this program is to find ways to fit healthy actions into your current lifestyle and to look at some of the things you're doing today a little differently. We'll talk about lots of small actions you can take that will yield some big results in the long term.

Where will this take place? Do I have to be local to participate?

Everything will be hosted virtually, so you can participate from wherever you are. Once you've signed up, you'll be invited to join a private Facebook group where you will work alongside other participants, each with similar goals. We encourage active participation, along with encouragement and support for the other group members.

Do you like to walk? Maybe some light yoga? Do you spend time running around the yard with your kids? It's not about "working out" or building massive muscles (unless that's your jam). We'll cover why simply moving your body every day is important and we'll find simple ways that you enjoy to do that.
