I call myself the Rebel Well Coach because I don’t fit the cookie-cutter mold most envision.
I don’t prescribe any specific diet & I believe in treating ourselves to the goodies we most love. It’s not about being perfect but more about being mindful and striving each day to do just 1% better.
I'll help you to rediscover the vibrant, healthy woman hiding beneath that tired, stressed out, emotionally drained "uniform" you've been wearing. As your coach, I’ll be your accountability partner, your biggest cheerleader and guide to living a healthy, active lifestyle.
Why am I qualified to coach you?
I am a certified nutrition coach, aspiring herbalist and Master Health & Wellness Coach - you are in good hands.
My personal love of yoga led me to becoming a YTT200 Yoga instructor. who's also trained in mindfulness-based stress reduction and meditation teaching, along with trauma-informed coaching.
I have been a Wellness Coach since 2020.
I use all of the skills, along with lessons learned from my own wellness journey, to understand where you are today and what your goals are. Armed with that information, we'll map out a plan for me to guid you on the path to a healthier lifestyle, one step at a time.
I’ve been that woman who is constantly on the go with work and commitments to others, sacrificing my own needs.
I thought it was fine, that I was fine, until I wasn’t.
I had not one but two significant health scares that finally led me to the realisation that my body will not operate endlessly on too little sleep, low quality nutrition and allowing stress to continue to build.
I want to support other women in taking better care of themselves and stop sacrificing so much of their long-term health.

It's just like having your own personal coach in, well, your back pocket.
A high touch, personalized program for those who are truly ready to make lasting, lifelong changes toward better health and overall wellness.
You will be provided the personal support and accountability needed to make permanent changes which will radically improve your health and happiness.
This program is where dramatic and sustainable lifestyle changes will take place with personal attention to your unique goals and challenges.
This is available as a six-month or twelve-month program.
